TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFERINGS

Why should you use a company to provide your technical support? Because doing so will save you money! Most Graphic Design firms and Advertising Agencies are too small to have their own in-house technical support. This means that they usually turn to that one person who is in-house, and seems to have a clue about technical support. This person is usually able to resolve most issues, and has, out of necessity, developed a relationship with most of the equipment vendors in the area. This person usually gets the job done.

At first glance, this arrangement seems to work. It doesn't cost the company anything. Or does it? What is this person supposed to be doing while s/he is fixing someone else's problem? Is this person able to do his/her job while they are fixing someone else's problem? Is your accounting department able to bill a client for the time this person spends fixing someone else's problem?

The answer to all of these questions is NO. The in-house employee is unable to perform the job you are paying her/him to do while working on another computer. Now you have two employees who are sitting idle. Just take a peek at your employee time records. If a designer is sitting idle because of a software problem, you will have at least two employees with non-billable time. This non-billable time adds up very quickly.

Here is the solution: Guess what! Hire us!

First, if one person is down, that is all. We come to the rescue and resolve the issue and put you back in the billable column while your in-house person continues to bill for the job you are paying them for.

Second, because we see these problems every day, we can often fix it without having to research the issue. If we do have to research the issue, we know where to look for the best answers. Do you have the time to keep up on all of these issues? We didn't think so.

Third, we are equipped to be able to test your systems quickly and efficiently using the latest in diagnostic software.

Fourth, we can be there quickly. In urgent cases, we can be on-site within a couple of hours. For non-urgent matters, we can be there within a couple of days.
